Perfect care

Our Dentist is so sensitive to us both me as someone who is fine with visiting the dentist and my daughter who suffers from sever anxiety. The care we received was perfect in both treatments .

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your appointment. I am very sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your recent visit. Reminders have been sent to all the team that when the surgeries are running late, they must keep the reception team updated, reception must then update patients as they arrive and/or try to contact via telephone if the surgery is running significantly late. Clearly explained the issue

Dentist clearly explained the issue while showing me the X-ray to help clarify. And talked through various treatment options, including rough estimates of their likely cost.

She also constantly checked that I wasn’t uncomfortable/feeling any pain or sensitivity from the treatment.
