Referral for an extraction

I had a check up and had a quick referral for an extraction which was quick and today went for a couple fillings and clean and the staff were very polite and explained what they were doing.

I gratefully received an emergency appointment yesterday and the lead receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. I am terrified of dentists but didn't let on. Maybe my clenched hands were a bit of a give away! However, my fears were unfounded. The dental nurse was really friendly and the dentist was great. After an xray, she sorted the problem swiftly and kept me in the loop as to what she was doing and why. It was a quick but not rushed resolution and I couldn't be happier with their services. Thanks very much!

Appointment

Felt a bit awkward at reception as we walked in and were stood twiddling our thumbs for a while whilst four members of staff behind the desk ignored us (they were probably doing another task but acknowledgement that we were there would have been appreciated as it felt very awkward!).
The dentist and dental nurse were excellent with my son (5) and I have no concerns about the service provided.
