I would not recommend this practice. It s all about money, no care for patients health. No competency and no professionalism. I had teeth pain and I have been seen by substitute dentist who ended up filling 3 tooth in less than 8 mins and ignored the one I have pain in. No scan has been done or so ever. After 2 days I have had the same problem, I kept ring for appt but couldnt get hold of them and I sent emails ...no reply and time came for my trip which was already booked before I had the fillings.... after I came back I contacted them they booked me in for 19 days. One day before my appt was cancelled and the confirmation was sent just 20mins before they close. I straightaway rang them to arrange an alternative appt. I was on hold for more than 17mins and the system message kept telling me I was first in queue ... I had to write an email explaining to them what happened and the pain is getting stronger and more painful. They booked me in the following day. When I went I was shocked to know that the tooth I have pain is not filled it is the one next to it. The dentist prescribed antibiotics which I was that I would have due to ignoring the problem for long time ...when I went to stamp the prescription and book further appt the receptionist asked me to pay 25 pounds??? I have already paid more than 65 pound for a treatment that was not right. I was forced to pay full costs when I wanted to book for the filling to be done which I found it not acceptable. Why I have to pay for a service in advance? It s all about money and profit and patient health and comfortability is not the target at all. I ended up refusing to pay 25 pounds and I m seeking legal action against them.

Very expensive, you always end up paying for extra treatment that you don’t always need.
