The dentist was very thorough

My appointment time was convenient and there wasn’t a lengthy wait for the appointment.
Trying to get through on the phone was rather difficult and I ended up physically going into the surgery to book the appointment.
The first receptionist I spoke to did give me some incorrect advice about hospital referrals which wasn’t actually what I had been asking about anyway but the other receptionist was very knowledgeable and provided helpful information.
The dentist was very thorough this time and I felt listened to and that my concerns were addressed.
Overall a good visit and I was able to book my next appointment at the end of the visit too.

Hygienist

The hygienist completed a very though clean of my teeth. What didn't stand out was the appointment time this is the second time I have had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment.

My experience

The dentist and assistant were pleasant and professional. I had a check up and offered a filling on a chipped tooth which I had as a preventative measure. As expected. I was quite surprised at the state of the outside of the building which looked a bit unloved from my previous visit.
