I go for 6 month check ups and have been going for a long time. I have a loose tooth and my gum keeps getting infected. She wasn’t my normal dentist but the only one who has taken the time to explain all the options if I have to have it removed.

Excellent service

Attentive staff, made a fuss of the children to make them at ease. Got our new baby registered with ease and excellent service from this in reception to those in the treatment room. Thank you.

My experience

As usual despite choosing the first appointment of the day they were running late ! I wasnt in the treatment room for more than 10 minutes so in terms of value for money its a zero out of ten.

The dentist was fantastic

From asking for an emergency appointment to getting one the whole experience was stress free. The staff were polite and friendly and sympathetic. The dentist was fantastic as one might expect. I’d like to thank them for a great job done. Tooth pain is an awful experience and we should all be grateful there are people who wish to help us.

My experience

Three of us were booked in one after the other. The first of us were eventually called in 35 minutes late with no explanation from anyone as to the delay. The second person followed but then reception had obviously not put the third person down so they had to squeeze her in but only after we queried it. We got out well over an hour after our first appointment time - and then having to go private meant we collectively paid £225 for the privilege. Very unimpressive.

I was kept totally in the picture

The dentist and dental nurse were excellent, the dentist explained everything about what she was doing, so I was kept totally in the picture, and I was out at ease at all times, Zoya was great.

Went above and beyond

Katrina and her assistant went above and beyond when my little boy was upset (13 months old), and I needed an X-ray. They entertained him and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable that he was screaming. A****.
