The Dentist was very good

The Dentist was very good and patient with me as I have fear issues.
She took her time and asked re regularly if I was ok and she did short period with the water tool as I cannot cope with the water running in my mouth even with the assistance of the dental nurse with suctions.

Very pleasant visit

Friendly reception staff. Dentist made me feel at ease, comfortable and was very friendly. Was very thorough and explained what treatment my teeth will need. The nurse also made me feel comfortable. All in all everyone made me feel at ease. Very pleasant visit.

Excellent hygienist

The practice sent polite reminder ahead of our appointment with the ability to complete forms before the day. The hygienist Jayne was excellent, calming, reassuring and very caring. The reception Staff Kirsty and Jo were very helpful and have first class patient focused skills, a very pleasant experience at the practice.
