I had not been to the dentist for several years, my teeth and gums were a terrible state, I had my initial inspection, the dentist explained to me what was needed, I wasn’t judged on the condition of my teeth, I had several appointments over several months, and over this period I was treated wonderfully by the very professional dentist, nurses and the reception staff. I cannot praise them enough and thank them all for what they have done for me and it has given me my self confidence back.

Caring attitude
The very human aspect of the dentist who was very professional but kind and caring, it was my first visit to this dentist as my other one went back to seeing private patients.
Also the dental nurse who showed a caring attitude.

Kind and patient manner
Dentist was very empathic. I am a nervous patient and felt very reassured by her kind and patient manner. She explained every step very clearly. Dental nurse was very pleasant also.

Very welcoming, supportive
Everyone is always very welcoming as you enter. Have not seen this particular dentist before but found her very supportive. Would certainly like to see her again. Not sure if we are able to change dentists though.
