Extremely thorough
Attendance was for a hygienist appointment. A busy practice but the receptionists coped admirably with a variety of tasks while still greeting patients appropriately. The dental nurse assisting the hygienist was very pleasant. The hygienist before commencing treatment asked if I had experienced any problems and also checked if I had had any changes to my current medication. He was considerate, stopping immediately as I experienced sensitivity and also allowed short breaks for me to re-adjust the mouth aperture. The hygienist is extremely thorough and makes a point of checking areas to ensure plaque removal.

Brilliant staff
I was upset as my dad was taken off the NHS and was put onto private dentistry, I explained that he has Alzheimer’s and the staff on reception were absolutely brilliant, they were able to put him back onto the NHS and were able to reimburse some of the dentistry work that had been done. I can’t thank them enough for sorting this out for my dad and would honestly speak really highly of the care and patience they gave both me and my dad.

My experience
My dentist was excellent, but the receptionist over zealous. I was 6 minutes late for my appointment, waited 4 minutes for the receptionist to complete a chat with another colleague then chastised by the receptionist for being late. My wife with an appointment at the same time was kept half an hour before seeing the dentist.
