Very good friendly service, pain free and no horrible tastes, work was done so quick for the amount of work done, but all done to a very high standard. Very happy with my results.

I was offered an appointment with an alternative dentist, as the person I was booked to see was on sickness leave. I was happy to see another dentist to keep my slot and have my six monthly check. The dentist I saw was very thorough, efficient and helpful.

Very informative and very pleased with the information given by the hygienist on moving forward to a healthy mouth and gums.

As somebody who is very nervous about going to the dentist, I found my check up ( the first in over 4 years) fine. I was put at ease, didn't feel judged for my fears and actually felt fine going for follow up treatment.
Both the dentist and dental nurse were friendly and not at all judgmental about the state of my teeth. Really recommend the practice on my initial experience.

All the staff were efficient and helpful and I am very happy with the treatment.

Fantastic dentist, great service and I would thoroughly recommend them. I have used them for a number of years and I have never had any problems whatsoever.

My appointment went well on the Monday 10th 2022 considering I’m petrified of dentists, two of my fillings came out, in pain since the 7th, with crunching a hard sweet… was gutted though as the dentist only filled one of my two teeth, and told me another tooth needs to come out yikes! I think it was only a temporary filling though as it was white…told dentist I was still in pain but she only had time to do one, it’s Wednesday 12th and I’m in agony with toothache in the tooth that was filled and the tooth that wasn’t done, I’m crying with the Pain and haven’t stopped taken pain killers, and got to wait till Friday 14th… and then I was told it’s only a check up, I don’t want to pay £30 in taxi for check up and nothings going to get done to my teeth, receptionist said you don’t pay for your treatment and I said that’s not the point though, I can’t help it if I’m a pensioner and Ill… she did apologise… I can’t be left in this severe pain surely… can’t put my bottom teeth and top teeth together as the fillings are top and bottom, loads of nerve pain and bone pain from near my ear to bottom of jaw…I guess I’ll have to put up with this awful pain and see what happens on the Friday 14th …..know wonder I’m scared of dentists as I’m always having bad experiences… nurses and staff are nice though…it’s not their fault I’m in lots of pain…after all it was me who had eaten the sweet…

I woke up with severe pain in my mouth so I rang Lincoln Dental Practice to see if they could get me in the same day. The receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment that afternoon. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and I was called in to my appointment very quickly. My dentist was fab and sorted me out, she even did a check up while I was there to save me going back in a couple of weeks time. She informed me of what was wrong and told me the available treatment options so I was clear on what treatment was available.

Excellent service! As an older lady I dreaded the dentist but not now.
Dr Monika Butler is kind and caring and a very good dentist. She has helped me to maintain a good smile, so valuable to me.
The receptionists are very nice too, nothing is too much trouble and it’s a very busy practice. Thank you very much indeed.
