I've just moved to the area and needed a dentist urgently as I cracked my back molar. I'm a bit nervous when it comes to dentists but was able to get a private appointment at Lincoln Dental Practice really quickly. Staff were so lovely, and I was seen by Kat. She was such a nice dental surgeon, we discussed other treatment I wanted and we formed a long term plan. I'm very happy to recommend this dental practice.

Hygienist is very thorough

Staff are very helpful, waiting time was acceptable. Hygienist is very thorough and takes time to ask questions and give advice.

Treatment was excellent

I expected to wait some time beyond the actual appointment time (I worked in the NHS!) so did not mind being 15-20 minutes behind schedule. The actual treatment was excellent, well explained and not rushed.

Always patient and kind

I have always received excellent service and have been a patient for a number of years. Reception staff, nurses and Dentists always very professional and keep me informed of my treatment and provide advice.
I am always nervous when I visit the Dentist, but the staff are always patient and kind.

The dentist was nice, very gentle

Very easy to make an appointment with very helpful staff. The reception was welcoming and very polite. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen, but once in the dentist was nice, very gentle and described what and why she was doing the treatment, which in my case was cleaning.

Deep fillings

My new dentist at this practice is very good, very pleased with the work that was carried out. The fillings were very deep, I was nervous, however it was a comfortable experience.

Extremely impressed

We have been with Lincoln Dental Practice for many years and have always been pleased with the level of service given. This week we had a 6 monthly check-up with our new dentist as our previous dentist has left the practice. We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail shown, probably the most thorough examination we’ve ever had! Our dentist also took the time and care to explain everything in detail to us. Overall a very positive experience from booking the appointment to having the check-up. All the staff at the practice were friendly, courteous and professional.

Thorough and attentive

We was waiting for a replacement Dentist since the beginning of the year and we was pleasantly surprised how thorough and attentive our new Dentist was, the children were a little unsure as we’ve had the same Dentist for some years now, but both the children and I were more than happy as we left.

One tooth extraction and two fillings

The "check-up" time was on time and treatment followed in reasonable time scale.
The treatment was through, considerate and efficient.
Good post-extraction information was given, and a "to do" leaflet was also provided.

Very thorough and kind

We have been with Lincoln Dental Practice for many years. Have always found all staff to be polite, professional and caring. We had a 6 month checkup yesterday for the first time with our new dentist Nimisha Chaudhry and could not be happier. It was probably the most thorough checkup we have ever had and Nimisha took the care to explain everything to us so clearly. Overall an excellent experience from booking appointment to the actual visit. Thank you to all!
