Receptionist as usual was efficient and very pleasant. My dentist was brilliant as usual and managed to fit me in later that day for a filling so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. Very happy at Genesis.

Aisha, lovely lady. Gave best check up in over 15 yrs. Unfortunately found a few problems that have been present a while and not picked up/ looked into previously. Gave options available. Very pleasant and helpful.

Thorough and inspired confidence
Routine check up was reason for visit, this was first time at this practice, from arrival to departure altogether a pleasant experience. Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Dentist and dental nurse were welcoming and put you at ease. Inspection was thorough and inspired confidence.

My experience
Great place. However it’s not good to bully people into wearing makes. We know they are there to be used if we require. Having dental work is a horrible experience and getting hassle for not wishing to wear one isn’t a good look. There are much more crowed situations that don’t push masks on people. It’s a personal choice.

I am sorry to hear that you felt bullied into wearing a face mask. This is certainly not our intention. Our current guidance remains that we request all patients to wear a face mask when entering the premises. This is to protect all of our patients and to protect the team. If a dentist tests positive for covid, we have to cancel their diary for up to 2 weeks.
