Kept waiting 30 minutes as obviously I wasn’t booked in correctly, people that had later appointments were seen before me. Only when I complained I was seen.

Very professional and friendly. Dr. Sami takes time to explain everything regarding treatment and procedures. A good dental practice to be part of. Let's be honest, no one likes going to the dentist but my dentist is very patient and caring and I appreciate that. Kerry her dental assistant is equally professional and friendly and I feel they are friends now. Excellent practice.

Felt a lot better
Hygienist appointment running 30 minutes late but they did apologise. Needed hand scaling due to sensitivity of gums. Was quite rough but teeth felt a lot better afterwards.
