Lincoln Dental Practice
I had a filling procedure in which the dentist used two types of filling material - the first did not work and I was given the second material, which has caused me many issues. I have returned to the dentist, told them that I was in pain and I’ve been having sleepless nights etc. I was told to put Sensodyne or Colgate on my teeth, and that was it - no X-ray or examinations were properly done, which left me feeling frustrated.
I returned to the dentist for a third time, with a swollen cheek, discomfort, puffiness and tenderness to touch. Which is not a great sign.
I didn’t feel properly looked after when I visited, however on my third visit - I was finally given antibiotics. However, I have now paid a substantial amount for dentist appointments and have felt ignored when I’ve been talking about my pain.
Really disappointed with the dentist and am still unsure of what to do.

Care and perseverance
I had a really bad infection under my back tooth which was a big problem. I would like to thank Ayaz for her care and perseverance if it wasn't for her I would have had to wait and go to the hospital, she is the best.

I attended an emergency appointment today and the dentist was absolutely brilliant! She carried out the first stage of root canal treatment to get me out of pain and reassured me throughout the whole procedure. I have been with this dentist for some time now and cannot praise them enough.
