Reception and checking in was very efficient so 5 *
Clinical inspection was very disappointing - a quick look with the mirror, lasting no more than 30 seconds. No checking for gum health, bleeding, jaw clicking etc. Xrays not working.

How patient my dentist is with my children and explains and reassures them takes the time to explain all, also the dental nurse was lovely and reassuring making the girls feel as ease, clean and professional also, thank you.

My appointment with the Hygienist was brilliant, however the dentist was running so late that I had to leave to be at a hospital appointment even though I’d allowed myself more than enough time, I now have to book and come back for another appointment which is very frustrating.

Caring, understanding, thorough
Everybody was caring, understanding, thorough in their work, paying attention to detail. All the team I spoke to were excellent. I had 2 appointments one with my dentist and the next with a hygienist. Both were well supported by their assistants. I was made to feel welcome and valued. All staff communicated effectively explaining the processes and reasons, giving further explanations when necessary.
I would definitely recommend the practice. From the initial welcome by the person on reception to all in attendance, very well done, thank you for your care and expertise. Carry on the great work.
