Service and treatment were very good
The service and treatment were very good.
Whilst I understand why the hygienist had the full ppe on it made it very difficult to hear or understand him. He was giving me advice after the treatment and I didn’t catch all he was saying.
I don’t know how that can be resolved I understand they are protecting themselves.

Very informative and helpful, but would have been nice to get some kind of pain killer when having a filling done, was painful at times, first time since child hood that I wasn't given an injection of some sort of pain killer?

I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist that I did with Aisha and Claire (I believe that was the dental nurse), they were wonderful especially at the end of the day with me as a patient who does not like the dentist- thank you so much.

Waited over 40 mins to be seen by another dentist because mine had to go home.
Quite often I am waiting 10-15 minutes to see the dentist after my appointment time. I do hope there is some leeway if I’m ever running late for an appointment!
