My experience

My appointment was booked for 10.15am I went in at 10.35am. My appointment was booked because the cap on my front tooth had fallen off, the dentist didn’t know this and said I would need to book again on a private appointment, I asked why it couldn’t be done there and then and she told me we only had 15 minutes, the dentist did put the cap back on but it felt rushed and I was told there was no guarantee it would stay on. I would like to get my two front teeth crowned and pay for the treatment but she also told me there was no guarantee that they would stay on ?

Can’t fault it

Coming from someone who has avoided the dentist for the better part of a decade due to a bad experience, it was very intimidating and nerve wracking to start attending. The hygienist made me feel very reassured, gave excellent advice and the health of my gums have improved dramatically. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful, can’t fault it.

High degree of care

The dentist and dental nurse both were very professional, they made me confident with their service, they showed a high degree of care, with a difficult extraction there actions made this pain free.
