Treatment is always explained clearly before it is started. Opportunity to ask questions given which makes me feel part of the process. Professional, calm and friendly manner gives me confidence in the treatment. I have already signed up for a monthly plan as would like to continue with my dentist.

An emergency private patient
The reception staff are pleasant and helpful. Upon entering the surgery the dental surgeon greeted me with with warmth and a lovely smile. Her detailed information on my dental problem was explained and professional options given. After my decision was made I cannot praise too highly the expertise, care and minimal discomfort of the procedure. I was an emergency private patient and can rightly say that the cost was worth the outcome.

Excellent treatment
I am receiving treatment for flexible dentures to fill the gaps of my previous extractions. Overall my treatment today 29th of july 25 has been excellent. Professional and care for patients and made to feel comfortable and at ease.

My dentist is always polite, friendly, and makes you feel at ease. He also made a good job fitting my implant.
My last visit though was with the hygienist, but unfortunately after I got home I noticed a chip in the back of my tooth. After paying over £90 for my appointment I wasn't happy as I also had to pay to have it filled by my dentist. It never got resolved as I was told I must have had a problem with that tooth in the first place, even though I'd had a check up the week before with no problems! I spoke with the Manager but she was unable to give me a refund. I will never use the hygienist or any hygienist there ever again!
