My experience

Unfriendly dentist, rushed, inaccurate gum disease reporting. Assistant had no eye contact and said nothing. Reception staff, manager and hygienist were all very personable and appeared caring and attentive.

My experience

Poor service from dentist! Ran the tools across my teeth like a stick along a metal railing! No thorough check. I had to insist on an X-ray as as she claimed she could not feel or find anything wrong in my lower jaw. Sent me to the hospital for more X-rays, 3 weeks later still waiting for results.

A very well planned visit

Greeted well on arrival with instructions about Covid precautions. Seen promptly and given good advice on treatment. Escorted out of the building to prevent overcrowding in the reception area. Overall a very well planned visit.
