Very friendly staff

Very friendly staff and tried to please everyone. The appointment was late but the waiting area was comfortable, it must be difficult to work during COVID and stay safe. Well done.

The dentist, nurse and receptionist were all lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease even though I was terrified!

Dental appointment

What stood out for me was the lack of assistance. After being told I should just “turn up” for any alterations to my, now sore, partial denture fitting. I was turned away and told that doesn’t happen? I have an appointment now, unbelievably, 4 weeks on. I just hope I haven’t an ulcer by then.

As always great service

As always great service, slight concern over my dentist leaving and the confusion over whether I will still be receiving treatment from this practice. Hope the matter is resolved soon.
