Helpful, reassuring
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with they dealt with the COVID problems because I was a bit worried about going. The dentist had my filling done in no time without any pain at all, which was very reassuring.

We were given clear advice
We had lots of information prior to our visit and felt the covid measures in place were thorough. We liked filling the forms in before we came and felt it was well organised. The dentist and nurse were great and we were given clear advice.

Very professional on arrival.
Dentist in all honesty was a little rough, but end result was good.
Nurse was lovely, constantly asking if I was ok. Overall very good.

Recent experience
I was a little disappointed as I made an unnecessary trip. Apparently you sent an email and a text saying my appointment was cancelled but these messages must have failed because I didn’t receive them and a letter telling me my appointment was cancelled would have been a courtesy I would have appreciated.
