Dental appointment
Had two appointments recently. My check up appointment after being in lockdown so couldn’t attend for over a year. This appointment was appalling, a locum doing weekend appointments. She tapped a couple of my teeth, did two X-rays and nothing else. Didn’t check my gums. Or my mouth for any sign of oral cancer. I waited 20 mins for my appointment to be in there less than 5 mins. After this appointment, I’m quite tempted to change dentists. I then had a hygienist appointment which was cancelled twice on the day of appointment, due to the dentist going off sick again. My appointment with him was good apart from having to fork out another £62 as he couldn’t use the ultrasonic, so now have to come back again. What’s happening Genesis . A pretty poor experience.

No problems with treatment. Only comment is that £41.40 for a single tooth extraction seems excessive as it was out in seconds without a pain killer.

Recommend them to everyone
As I’m petrified of dentists, I need a professional dentist that’s going to treat me like a baby, and explain everything they're going to be doing, this dentist actually does this as she knows I’m frightened, the dentist was very professional and made me feel calm, and the dental nurse was absolutely perfect, even after I squeezed her hand to death, love this dentist and would recommend them to everyone, thank you.
