My dentist is always polite, friendly, and makes you feel at ease. He also made a good job fitting my implant.
My last visit though was with the hygienist, but unfortunately after I got home I noticed a chip in the back of my tooth. After paying over £90 for my appointment I wasn't happy as I also had to pay to have it filled by my dentist. It never got resolved as I was told I must have had a problem with that tooth in the first place, even though I'd had a check up the week before with no problems! I spoke with the Manager but she was unable to give me a refund. I will never use the hygienist or any hygienist there ever again!

I was very pleased with my visit to the Dentists today. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient. The Dentist I see is always affable and personable. She is informative, thorough and professional. I feel in safe hands.

Let down by dental nurse
I was late being called in and there was no acknowledgement from the dental nurse when she came to call me in as to why, nor an apology.
Dentist was thorough in my check-up but the dental nurse (who didn’t introduce herself nor did she wear any ID so no idea who she was) was blunt and rude - really not necessary and certainly not appreciated.
Staff working in a patient - facing role need to remember to possess good patient skills.

Today I’ve been for my 6 monthly check up with my dentist and hygienist. Both professionals efficiently checked my teeth and mouth health. I found the appointments both to be hugely positive, putting my mind at rest, whilst gently reinforcing the importance of flossing, brushing and using the TePees to care for my teeth, gums and consequently my overall health. Thank you to Jayne who is a brilliant hygienist, would highly recommend. The dentist also communicated really clearly pointing out concerns in my teeth, and helping me feel reassured of her care and expertise.

My experience
I am happy with the completed work on tooth but after an hour journey and 39 minute wait I was informed that my replacement tooth had been delivered and had to make another journey at a later date. The dentist did apologise for the delay but better organising would have made the first journey unnecessary. My carers journey was from Boston to the Carlton Centre.
