Brilliant yet again
Nida was brilliant yet again! She had to remove upper left wisdom tooth after an Xray it was shown to be only just attached at the root end. After she had numbed me up ready for the removal to begin, It didn't take long at all before it was out, the tooth actually looked disgusting and I
am glad that it is over with and my mouth is already beginning to feel a lot better without it, being in it.

Receptionist can be a bit snooty, dentists seem reluctant to actually treat unless unavoidable. Since I left Scotland, my teeth look worse than ever. I've been with yourselves since I moved here.

Recent Dental Appointment
I went for my check up on 10th March. I was called in at my allotted time by a very pleasant young lady. The dentist was not my usual one but explained why. He was polite and friendly, asked if I had any problems and then checked my mouth.

Excellent experience, thankful for the care
Excellent experience, I accompanied my Nan who has dementia and the dentist and dental assistant were amazing with her, allowing her time to understand and then accommodating her mobility problems too whilst I got her settled in the dental chair. Very happy all round, and very thankful for the care you showed us. Special mention to the lovely receptionist who was especially kind, after I had explained multiple times why and where we were to Nan, her kindness meant a lot.

Monika is great with the children, she's caring and reassuring. She never pressurises us to have treatment. We wouldn't change dentist.
