Two very satisfied customers
Always greeted warmly with efficiency.
We have only met Monica on this one occasion but again she and her nurse were welcoming and put us both at ease (the dentist is not my husband's favourite place which is why we go in together). She was very efficient and very gentle. Luckily we needed no treatment. Two very satisfied customers.

Dental appointment
I find the staff very helpful and the dentists pleasant. However, we have had multiple changes to our appointments over the past three years, and when you have changed our appointments, we often have to wait a considerable time for a new one. In general, I also find the examination very cursory, and am often in the room for less than 2 minutes.ten in the room for less than 2 minutes.

They are so polite, helpful
I have been attending the Lincoln practice for treatment and I can't praise your staff enough. They are so polite, helpful and nothing is any trouble. When having my treatment my dentist always asks I am I feeling okay can she carry on the treatment etc she is just brill and a big credit to Genesis. Thank you.

Dentist is great, very friendly
I'm not that happy about going to the dental ever but I always find every time I have gone my Dentist is great, very friendly, always tells you what she is going to do as well one of the best dentist I've been to.
