I booked a last minute emergency on Saturday and was fitted in that day with tooth ache.
The tooth had to be extracted in the end although all was done prior to see if it could be saved.
Everything was shown and explained step by step what had been done and what had to be done.
I felt comfortable and at ease thought the treatment.
Now the pain has gone, cannot ask for more!

Excellent service as always. Shame that Dr Nida Kamal is moving to another Genesis practice, but I'm sure the Dr I will be under will just as good. The front of house are friendly and welcoming. Very pleased
