Dental appointment

I am not happy at all as my appointment for hygienist has been cancelled the NIGHT before my appointment . Then when I didn’t turn up to my second appointment as I forgot due change of dates , they said , they take the deposit of £20 and if I want to re book I need to pay another deposit!
It is not fare and would not recommend a company which works for their own benefit and time
