We were over our appointment time by 1/2 hour, and the fact that we had another appointment after did not help, but we will point out that this is the first time we have had to wait so long.

It was my first time at Lincoln Dental Practice today and I have left very happy. I wanted a hygienist appointment asap and I was able to book in last week for today. I called ahead of time and spoke to a really helpful receptionist regarding my needs, which was brilliant. Both receptionists on desk today were warm and friendly. My appointment was with Dr Sami Mir and it's the best hygienist appointment I've ever had. He was explained everything and gave me time for any questions beforehand and when cleaning my teeth, he was so thorough. He also offered me advice regarding my cleaning for the future and I am already looking forward to a follow up with him. Thank you very much everyone 😊
