Always excellent NHS service at this dental practice. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dental appointment
My appointment was at 9.10am didn't go in until 9.27am the practice only opened at 9am the gentlemen before at 9am was 15mins late. how can you be 15minslate on your first and second appointments of the day?

Friendly, efficient
Dentist was running 30 minutes late but thankfully had nowhere to get too. Monica is always lovely and her assistant and reception staff friendly and efficient.

Genesis are great
Genesis are great especially Siew Leng Tan, she's so lovely and always makes my toddler feel at ease. My only disappointment at my last visit was that we were waiting over 30 minutes after our appointment time, which I actually don't mind in itself it's just that nobody had the courtesy to inform me that they were running late. Otherwise fab dentists !!!
