I have been so nervous about visiting the dentist in the past due to bad experiences but I am always made to feel so at ease especially the dentist I see. I always get very good advice from her and overall it is actually a very good experience.
The Dentist I see is now only available private so I had to join a plan. I chose the basic plan as a start and have just had my first check up. The Dentist was able to spend a bit more time and gave me great advise. Unfortunately the monthly plan does not give you anything other than 2 free checkups per year but most dental plans are the same.
I would still recommend this practice it is by far the best practice we have ever been too. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and kind and the Dentist I see is very thorough and extremely helpful.

Staff were very polite and helpful and the reception area very clean and tidy, didn’t have to wait to long to be seen but the dental staff still apologised for the wait. The dentist was very helpful and was very pleasant, the service provided was excellent and professional, really good dentist practice.

My dentist is so caring
Genesis always shows an excellent customer service, my dentist is so caring, my children love her and they love going there which is great because a lot of children are scared to attend to dentists.

Super efficient, kind and reassuring
Reception staff are lovely and polite. Nidal (Dentist) and Charlotte (Nurse) are super efficient, kind and reassuring. Highly recommend.

A different dentist every other visit. Default to tooth removal.
