This is a very good dental practice at which I've been a member/patient for many years. I've had no issues at all with any of the treatment I've had, and the dentists and technicians are polite, friendly and professional.
My only criticism of the practice is the reception service. Not the staff, who are are as I've described the other staff above, but they really need an automated check-in terminal, or a member of staff who only handles check-ins. The reason being that I missed my appoappoint last week because two old ladies were faffing about with their paper diaries arranging their next appointments, and by the time the receptionist was able to talk to me, the time window had closed and the dentist couldn't see me, so I had to book another appointment. The other receptionist present was on the phone to a customer the entire time. An automated terminal would speed up check-ins and leave the receptionists free to do all the other admin tasks.
On the whole though, a brilliant practice that I would happily recommend to anyone.
