On time, friendly

Was on time. The dentist was friendly, had a good sense of humour and put you at ease. Which is good because I'm not a big fan of the dentist.

Receptionist,was pleasant and really helpful.. I'm petrified of the dentist, always have been, the dental assistant made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she was lovely. The dentist very professional, again she made me feel calm by explaining everything she was going to do to my teeth, I would recommend.

Excellent treatment and care

Had to wait a while before being seen but that happens from time to time. It was only the second time I'd seen that particular dentist but the treatment and care I had was excellent.
