Appointment for family of 4
Appointment was for family of 4, all seen on time and the dentist and nurse were friendly and efficient, put the children at ease and gave advice to each of us. Happily there were no problems for any of us!

Best practice that I have used
This is the best practice that I have used in Lincoln. Everyone there from the reception staff to the dentists are very friendly and put you at ease prior to any treatment.

Dental appointment
40mins late when my appointment was 9:35 how is this possible?
I have been at the dentist a lot recently with my son and his veneer and most of the timewe were 15-20 mins late.

I was very impressed
I was able to get an emergency appointment to replace a large filling that had come out of a molar tooth the night before. The staff were extremely pleasant. The dentist and dental nurse very professional, kind and caring giving full explanations of the treatment I required. They were able to carry out a full filling without the need for a temporary one and I was very impressed.

Absolutely Disgusting
I Went for an emergency appointment on Monday as I was in so much pain, I had an x-ray and the dentist man told me I had a small hole in my tooth to which I was told all was ok with the x-ray and nothing could be done, the pain got so intense I went back the following day for a 2nd opinion and this dentist was lovely she filled my tooth and said the pain should go away but may come back in a few hours or a few days, which it did so went back the following day to see another lady dentist who was also lovely and she removed my tooth, this could all have been sorted out on Monday but I had to go through another 2 days of pain, where is the duty of care that this dentist man should have given me? now where he turned his back to me when i was talking to him he just wasn't interested at all and was rude he didn't care about how much pain I was in. avoid at all cost if you have pain.
