Hygienist appointment
I saw the hygienist this morning. He recognised how nervous I was and very fearful of having pain and discomfort. He administered a local anaesthetic and I was able to successfully proceed with my treatment. He was calm, he took time, put me at ease and continually asked if I was ok. I left feeling positive and with absolutely no dread. He listened, he advised and he acted professionally at my pace. Thank you. I will be attending my second hygienist appointment for my top teeth in 6 months time - with a local anaesthetic.

Highly recommend
Great service, phoned with an issue and was seen the same day. All staff are welcoming and generally care about their patients. Dr Ashraf is a fabulous dentist and I would highly recommend him.

This review really is for Dr. Memon. She is a credit to the practice. She is patient, knowledgeable, answers my questions, and offers guidance with regards to my oral health journey. She is very good with my daughters too and I'll recommend her any day, as a dentist to adults and children. We've been seeing her for a few years but it's the first time I'm leaving a review. I'd like to add that the reception staff are polite and professional and do a good job with setting/moving/cancelling appointments.

Polite reception staff. Clean and tidy. Although waiting area was busy I did not have to wait long. Dentist and assistant were both very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Always explain everything very clearly and seem genuinely pleased to work with you.
