Fantastic, second to none

Called for emergency appointment. Was seen within a few hours. Service by nurse and doctor was fantastic sorted my issue out straight away. After care is second to none.

Friendly and considerate

Polite and welcoming reception. Minimal waiting time to see Dentist. Dentist and Assistant were friendly and considerate. Dentist was informative, explaining my current oral health clearly, and providing useful tips to make improvements.

Pleasant and helpful

The receptionists are very pleasant and helpful and if you have a problem with your teeth they will try to get you an appointment as soon as possible, also Manu my dentist is very good I trust him and would not go to any one else.

Rushed and rough

I felt the dentist was a bit rushed and rough. I found a cotton wool pad under my tongue 3 hours later when the anaesthetic had worn off. Not good.

High level of care and compassion

All the members of staff that I had any contact with, showed me a high level of care and compassion at all times, during my stay in the David Beevers day theatre complex.

They went out of their way to accommodate me

Genesis went out of there way to accommodate me on Friday 12 July as needed a temp filling redoing, they were fast and very efficient, thank you very much.
