Kat was very professional with the treatment she gave me as was her assistant. I was spoken to through out the treatment in which she explained what she was doing and how long it would take, she kept checking that I was ok through the treatment I received a five star service.

I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentist and I had to have 3 teeth out and I have had a bad experience before at another dentist but I really must say I was really put at ease he made I was ok through out my treatment and it didn't hurt one bit, thank you to your staff for making this happen.

Great practice

All contact with Genesis is always very professional. The receptionists always try and help with all enquiries. My dentist and dentalnurse are always very nice and professional. If nothing is wrong with my teeth I get a quick clean. Something other dentists don't do. Great practice.

Same day appointment

I rang Genesis for an appointment for a broken tooth and was given a date in 18 days time. I was asked if I wanted to be placed on the cancellation list. I agreed and literally less than an hour later I had a text message offering me an appointment the same day, amazing.
