Considerate and caring
I have always found Genesis staff friendly and helpful, the reception staff go the extra mile to help with appointments etc. I have only met 2 of the dentists but both have been considerate and caring when carrying out treatment. I would (and have) recommend Genesis to family and friends.

Understanding of my fear
Was treated very well when I came in with a broken tooth. Checked my teeth gently and were understanding of my fear. Tooth needed a big filling but that was done gently too with everything being explained as he worked. Will not leave it so long again before I go for a check up.

Genesis Lincoln Dental Practice
Last couple of visits I have noticed big improvements in both reception and surgery. It never seemed professional to ask for payment before receiving treatment. Glad it's stopped.
In surgery I think check ups are much more thorough and good to have minor cleaning done on the spot.

Always a good experience

Recent dental appointment
Overall very happy but a wait of 45mins is not good especially as time off work has to be taken and therefore not easy to rearrange. I accept that things happen but its difficult when you are arranging around work schedules.
