Very caring and empathetic

I am dental phobic and my appointment with Dr Nida Kamal and her dental nurse is never a pleasure but they do everything they could do make it as bearable for me as possible. They are amazing at their job, very caring and empathetic and I don't think I could have got through the procedure without their kindness and compassion!

Treatment v good. Reception v good, had 3 or 4 appointments cancelled at last minute so has taken along time to complete my treatment. Hopefully I have just been unlucky

I always find dentist procedures very alienating but was pleasantly calmed by my visit to the hygienist, very efficient, well spoken, accurate and professional, so thank you, I appreciate it.

Recommend to anyone

Polite reception staff, hardly any waiting time before been taken through. Dentist and the dental nurse were very helpful and friendly and put you really at ease. Would recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Manu is very thorough and professional. He cares about what he does. I also see the support my daughter gets as she struggles with needles and being touched. I would highly recommend Manu and the team at Genesis.
