I have always had excellent care
I have always had excellent care at Genesis. My only slight criticism is that I never get into my appointment on time but I think this is because they don't rush their patients and it can sometimes result in a knock on effect - so not really a criticism, more an observation.

Recent dental appointment
The Practice fell below its usual high standards yesterday, I had to wait 15 mins for a 9.00am appointment and the equipment wasn't working which caused further delay. I am however very satisfied with Dr Mir's treatment.

So good with my 2 year old
Quick check in, receptionist was very friendly and the dentist was great. She was so good with my 2 year old, obviously he was very nervous but she put him at ease which is so important for a parent.

Genesis Lincoln Dental Practice
A busy practice but always a pleasant experience once in the chair. Appointments can be delayed sometimes due to unavoidable circumstance so the front of house staff need to be proactive in advising of this. 20 minute delay was not relayed to me yesterday until I asked. Please address the delays whenever they occur so that patients do not get frustrated or negatively comment. You have a good practice overall and this 'delay' issue is easily fixed.

A far more pleasant experience
I was terrified of dentists from my school days, since I have being going to Genesis dentists it has become a far more pleasant experience. They have made a 61 year old man be at ease on his visits to the dentist. I am sure this was not an easy task for the dentist and all the other staff.
