Recent dental appointment

Overall everyone was efficient and friendly. I had a filling which is still intact but felt that the dentist was not confident it would remain that way which is not really very assuring. It cost me £110.00 and I was not given a guarantee that, should it require re-filling, it would be carried out with no cost to me, which was disappointing. I did not raise the question so I could be mistaken.

Nothing is too much trouble

I am always happy with the service provided by Genesis, from the friendly reception staff, to my dentist Monica. Nothing is too much trouble and I travel from the other side of town, as I didn't want to change when I moved.

Like most people feel, going to the dentist is a necessity but not always a pleasant experience.
At Genesis all the staff put you at ease as soon as you enter which makes you feel more at ease.

Reception staff are excellent, very efficient and polite. Dentist (Monika) and her dental nurse are brilliant - calm, very professional and thorough. Always very positive and smiling.
