All staff are friendly and helpful. Monica knows I get really scared about my appointments and she and her nurses look after me really well, I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Received excellent care

Received excellent care. Dentist and dental assistant made me feel incredibly at ease and as a result made the extensive work I needed doing a relatively easy experience. I cannot praise them enough.

Everyone is treated as an individual

Always very polite and helpful no complaints. Occasionally don't get in on time but that is the nature of the service. Everyone is treated as an individual.

Incredibly polite and helpful

Unfortunately did have to wait 40 minutes to be seen. But other than that the staff were incredibly polite and helpful as was the dentist I saw.

Recent dental appointment

The service is very good but on every visit I have had to wait to see the dentist this last time was 35 minutes we are told not to be late for our appointments but it doesn't work both ways.
