I was satisfied with the treatment I got. My dentist was off sick and you have to get used to your dentist. Although she was very nice.

Always a happy environment

Always a happy environment in reception. My dentist is always chatty, puts me at ease and always explains what she is doing. Treatment given is always good. I would recommend Genesis to anyone.

Recent dental appointment

9am appointment left standing in street until 9 05 before doors opened called at approx.. 9 20 not good enough. I was outside at 08 45.

Recent dental appointment

Even though it seemed very busy in the waiting room, I got in to see the dentist pretty quickly and didn't have to wait around too long. I received some good advice about brushing and preventing stains on my teeth. I also had a wisdom tooth that had given me a little bit of trouble a couple of days ago looked at a little more closer, which was reassuring (although I wasn't actually overly worried about it).
I generally had a good experience and appreciated that there wasn't much waiting around for my appointment.
