Replaced a filling on a routine check up when it should have required another appointment. Helpful as I am extremely busy so could not come back anytime soon.

Put at ease and treated very well

I don't like the dentist and have a very bad gag reflex, I am put at ease and treated very well considering what they have to put up with. I'm always happy with the treatment and explanations given whilst having my treatment and both the dentist and assistant help immensely.

Brilliant place, seen on time

Brilliant place, seen on time, nice staff all very good at there jobs, team work was there, clean, liked the sugar drinks on wall brings it home to me that not all drinks I have were as healthy as I thought, their bottles should change, reading they are healthy and they are so not. Thanks Rachel.

Exceptionally gentle and understanding

Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have recently switched dentist and the new dentist is very kind and did not make me feel worse about my teeth. Therapist is exceptionally gentle and understanding.

All staff are lovely

All staff are lovely from those on reception to the dentist and dental nurse. Dentist is very knowledgeable and reassuring as too is the dental nurse. After feeling nervous before attending I left feel very happy, thank you!
