A positive and comfortable experience
Going to the dentist has traditionally been associated with discomfort and pain. This is no longer true. The Genesis experience is about regular care and attention to oral health, and the professionalism of the whole team, and the friendly personal and informative approach, makes it a positive and comfortable experience.

Pleased with the visit
Although dentist running late, was informed politely by receptionist. When having a check up the dentist and assistant was very professional and kind. I had a filling and they looked after me and did a very good job. Was pleased with the visit.

Genesis Lincoln Dental Practice
Siew has done a fantastic job of calming me when I enter her office. I always remind her of my dental phobia, and I use humour to mask my fears. She is always extremely kind and laughs at my jokes. Makes me feel better. Also, the last appointment, I was experiencing a migraine. She was very kind and offered me a seat in the waiting room while the aura went its course, where it affects my vision and thus my ability to drive.

Dental appointment
Don't usually have long to wait. Staff friendly and helpful. Usually the Dentist does a good job and always says if I have any problems I should go back.

All round excellent
Efficient and professional reception staff. Clean waiting area with provision for children to be kept amused. Kept informed about possible delays. Very happy with dental treatment. All round excellent!

Polite, helpful and efficient
The receptionists that greeted us were very polite, helpful and efficient.
Monica our dentist is always through in her examinations, but listens to any concerns regarding our teeth.
Both Monica and her dental nurse are true professionals .... with the human touch.

All Genesis dental staff are very friendly and polite and very professional and in my own case put you at ease. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Complete confidence in Genesis
I have always been dealt with in a polite, friendly and efficient manner by the dental team and reception staff. I can say from experience that not all dental practices are the same. I have never felt pushed into having unnecessary treatment but offered sensible advice on options when treatment was necessary. I am not particularly comfortable with dental treatment, like a lot of people, but through experience I do trust and have complete confidence in Genesis Lincoln Dental Practice.
