Dental appointment
I attended for a check up on the NHS. My appointment lasted no more than a couple of minutes. No attempt to clean or polish. I was extremely disappointed.

Very good treatment
In the last week the treatment I received was very good, they check your mouth well and always give you good advice, they are very good at their job, every one is friendly too, from receptionist to the dentist to hygienist.

Same day emergency appointment
Managed to get an appointment the same day. Receptionist answered my call promptly. Was extremely polite and helpful. Did not see my usual dentist as was a Saturday and an emergency appointment so this was expected. Was informed they could do what they could to get me out of any discomfort.

Receptionists let me know that the dentist was running late and when I was in the dentist was very quick and gave good advice.

Dental appointment
My main complaint is that I have never been taken in on time for my appt. I mean Never! Often I have been30 mins sitting in the waiting room and yet there are signs in the practice reminding clients that if they are late, they may not be seen! I know that emergencies arise, obviously, but EVERY time I attend???? This issue should be addressed as a priority.
