The reception team are so lovely and so helpful! I needed an urgent appointment for my son and they did everything they could to help! Jane the hygienist is amazing!!! My son desperately needed to improve his teeth in readiness for a brace fitting and Jane talked him through every step and created a plan for him, which has been a massive success! He now realises the importance of keeping his teeth clean and healthy too (he wouldn’t listen to me being a typical teenager). We are looking to get our 3rd appointment booked in!

My experience
I was hoping for some action to be taken as I'm currently unable to eat due to tooth pain. Whilst the dentist was able to tell me what the problem is she advised I'd need to see my regular dentist before a decision could be made. If I'd known that beforehand I would have waited for an appointment with my regular dentist. I've now paid for a meaningless appointment and am still in pain. They also booked me an appointment for a week's time which is of no use as I can't go a week without eating and am in too much pain to leave it

My experience
I made an appointment due to severe toothache and my appointment led to being told I need another consultation with a different colleague in one months time. This is obviously no help whatsoever to someone who is pain. This whole process cost me £145 to be in exactly the same position as I started in.
