Very efficient and thorough

All staff polite and friendly. Went in to dentist on time and dentist was very efficient and thorough and gave helpful advice.

Everyone is polite and welcoming and my dentist is brilliant with an excellent caring professional manner and I would recommend her as an excellent dentist -thank you.

Receptionist conversations are always over heard and they are usually regarding patients or staff . It's not very professional.

The whole team are lovely

The whole team are lovely, I am a nervous patient, but the smiling receptionists, dental nurses, dentists all put me at ease, so much so that I am now no longer nervous when I arrive.

Very helpful receptionist as I needed to change my appointment times and the dental staff are very friendly and put you at ease.

Waiting 45 mins for an 10 min appointment and then cost me £21.50 I'm £40 an hour.

Recent dental appointment

Was asked to come in earlier as there had been cancellations which was fine but upon arriving on time was told that they were running late - was seen 25minutes later! Very brief in and out within minutes, possibly as there was another patient in the waiting room who had been waiting nearly as long as me! Friendly staff, fairly clean practice. Happy for use of my name but did not realise I was writing a 'review' and merely assumed I was providing feedback.

I was seen promptly and with efficiency. I had a wisdom tooth problem that needed hospital x-ray, I was sent the same day.

Lincoln Dental Practice

Always been frightened of dentist since I have been a child. I am now nearly 70 and staff and dentist put me at ease.

I was kept at ease

I would not say it was enjoyable but I will say I was kept at ease throughout my procedure and the dentist and staff were very professional from the moment I arrived until my departure. Many thanks to all.

So gentle and kind

I was really nervous about my hygienist appointment. My last visit was not pleasant, but I was seeing a new man and I explained my worries and he was fantastic, so gentle and kind, and it did not hurt like last time.
