Dental appointment

The dentist was running 30 mins late. I explained before I made the appointment that I was seeing the hygienist every 3 months and my orthodontist every 2 months.They insisted I make an app with the dentist. After waiting 30 mins, I sat in the chair, the dentist checked my teeth and said everything was fine. I was in the chair for a total for 3 mins and had to pay the £21.90. I was not best pleased as it was a complete waste of my time and money.

Expert care and support

All staff are helpful and supportive. My dentist Dr Moniker Butler is a real treasure giving expert care and support at each appointment.

Overcome my fear

Dr Manu is very good. I have bad teeth as I was scared of the dentist and never went from the age of about 13-30 as my old dentist frightened and hurt me that much I did not go back. I lived with pain for 20 years until I could not anymore and decided its time to man up. He was caring and talked me through the whole process of what he would do and kept checking I was ok throughout. I have since overcome my fear of dentists and that is down to him. I hope he will be told of this review and I thank him deeply.
