Dental appointment

The dentists are great and staff friendly. However, there is not much flexibility with appointments. We were kept waiting for over 30 mins on Saturday. It was very difficult for us to make it, especially with an impatient toddler. We were only in there for less than 10 mins so feel we could have been fitted in or at least phoned in advance to advise of the delay. I have previously been 5 mins late in the past and turned away - the flexibility should work both ways!

Very pleased with Genesis dentist. All have been very nice and helpful. Treatment carried out pain free. Injection free too. A nice surprise.

My treatment was good no hassle, my dentist was helpful told me everything I needed to know about the appointment I had, I am happy to be getting the care I need from you.

Our new dentist was brilliant.

It was brilliant. Our new dentist was brilliant. Incredibly thorough and did things that I had previously asked for and been refused. A million times better than the old dentist we had.

Very patient and accommodating

I enjoy coming to the practice as the staff are very professional and friendly. I am a nervous patient and my dentist and her assistant are very patient and accommodating.
