Keep up the good work

The hygienist and his assistant were excellent. Explained everything, gave good info and happy to answer questions. Really impressed. Appointment with dentist followed, and he was, as always, easy to talk with and quickly identified a trouble area with my rear tooth, going on to recommend likely courses of treatment. Biggest issue in past has been occasional long waits beyond the appointment time, but have to say this visit all went to plan and on time. Receptionists polite, courteous and helpful too. Keep up the good work!!

Dental appointment

Overall I am happy with the service, I was angry last year when I had to cancel an appointment because I had just started a new job and could not asked for the time off changed my appointment then was charged for it but was not told on the phone this would happen only when I got to my appointment was not happy at felt like I had been penalised because I had started a new job I explain this but receptionist did not seem bothered. But on the plus side I think my dentist is brilliant at what she does probably the best one I have ever been to. 5***** for her .

Helpful, caring, pleasant, so nice and very polite, receptionists, nurses and dentist all very professional, making you feel calm... the only dentist I have ever liked... thank you.

Always does a fantastic job

My dentist is Dr Manu. He is so helpful and always does a fantastic job. My teeth are not perfect due to history of an eating disorder and I was never made to feel embarrassed when I disclosed this on my first visit. Receptionists are always happy to help, welcoming and efficient.

Dental appointment

All the staff are so nice and welcoming. Monica especially is lovely. There was a problem with the computer and I was 25 minutes late going into her surgery, not her fault but I was really conscious of how long I was waiting because of important commitments. I will always stay with the practice, especially Monica.
