Receptionist was polite and helpful. Dentist and nurse were very good with my toddler, friendly, professional and helpful. The best service I've received there so far.

Dental appointment

I had to wait 35 mins from my appointment time to being seen. People coming in after me we're seen until the waiting room was empty and I had to ask if I had been missed. Then more patients came in and to my astonishment, after they sat down, the receptionist got up and walked round to tell them their dentist was running 10 mins late. I felt that no one had bothered with me and I had been waiting far longer.
The dental nurse was lovely and very apologetic however the dentist did not say anything and seemed to be in a rush.
I don't think I have ever seen the same dentist so I don't remember her name.
